Shipping Details
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center with tracking provided via email.
- Custom-printed items (apparel, pillows, blankets, rugs, etc.) require additional production time before shipping.
- Orders are not currently eligible for free shipping. We are working on a free shipping threshold — stay tuned!
Customs & Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you on a resolution.
